Our founder
Richa Vajpeyi Holla is a marketing leader with a proven track record of success in both retail and regulated industries. As the Head of Marketing for retailer Stash & Co, Richa spearheaded the development of the brand from its inception, crafting a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompassed digital, PR, events, radio, print, and guerrilla marketing. Under her leadership, Stash & Co earned the prestigious title of Best Cannabis Retailer three years in a row, a testament to her strategic vision and marketing prowess. Richa also played a pivotal role in the expansion of Stash & Co, overseeing the setup and marketing of 10 stores across Ontario, implementing localized and provincial marketing programs to drive growth and visibility. In the blockchain space, Richa served as the Head of Marketing for the Aion Network, a leading blockchain project, guiding it through its early stages of growth from 20 employees to its ICO and global foundation establishment.Recognized for her expertise, Richa founded ALKYD Marketing, a premier marketing firm comprised of seasoned veterans in digital marketing, web design, and data analytics. With over a decade of experience, Richa has led marketing and business development projects for Fortune 500 companies such as KPMG and Eli Lilly. Armed with an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, Richa continues to drive innovation and success in the marketing landscape.
